Emotional Demon - Final Reference Sheet

For the final part of my task it was time to create the final reference sheet by using the materials and ideas I've generated from my previous sheets.

My idea for this sheet was to make it bold yet simplistic as I possibly can, I wanted to make sure that the person who could be using this as a reference for this character knew the exact features and attitude of this character; by using labels and arrows I can help convey this better as it showcases what specific characteristics Damian has and where you will find them on his body. I also spaced out the poses generously to make to make sure each one of them stood out from the other, making it easy to observe by the referencer. I also placed the turnaround at the bottom middle of the sheet just to help the reader what Damian will look like in each rotation. To finish the sheet off, I drew a full body pose of Damian in colour and intentionally positioned it in the centre of the sheet as this was the main attraction I wanted the audience to see.

As a personal reflection note I think I do need to practice on anatomy more as I am aware that these poses do involve a lot of 'twinning' and throughout drawing this was on my mind a lot, but the lack of anatomy experience I have meant that it was incredibly hard to avoid even when I wanted to. Nevertheless, I am happy with how this shit turned out and I'm confident that it would be useful as a reference for other people to use from.
